ABOUT ME

I'm a Swiss animal behaviour biologist, animal behaviour counsellor and science journalist by training. I worked for 13 years at Swiss Animal Protection SAP as head of companion animal welfare department, in 2013 I switched to teaching mathematics, biology and environment & technology at a higher vocational school, Berufsmaturitätsschule Zürich.

For years, I wrote articles for Schweizer Hunde Magazin and Katzen Magazin as well as an animal column, but have switched to writing short, mostly speculative fiction, spoken word as well as bigger projects such as a fantasy and historic novels.
